Sean “Diddy” Combs, the famed music mogul behind Bad Boy Records, is pushing back against serious federal charges of sex trafficking and racketeering in a new court filing. 

The filing, which was submitted by his legal team, addresses the core of the prosecution’s case: 

a series of alleged “freak offs” involving adult performers. 

Combs’ defense is calling for the government to turn over videos mentioned in the indictment, 

which they claim show that the encounters were consensual and challenge the prosecution’s narrative.

The filing strongly rejects claims made by prosecutors, asserting that the sexual encounters were filmed consensually with adults, and denies any involvement of minors or coercion.

“There are no secret cameras, no orgies, no other celebrities involved, no underground tunnels, no minors, and not so much as a hint of coercion or violence,” the legal document states.
